Hello. I'm Richard Ager and welcome to this edition of NH Outlook. Governor John Lynch gave his address this week, and delivered a sober message of continued restraint. We'll have reaction to and analysis of his speech in just a few minutes but first, highlights of the state of the state.

Questions:
Getting reaction after the speech democrats called it smart response to tough times- republicans said show me where the money comes from. You get the same reaction?
Speech itself: He said "we are beginning to see glimmers of light through these dark clouds.
He introduced "New Hamsphire working - a 3 part intiative.
Also is creation of "green launching Pad" - with 750,000 in sstimulus - unh "will put its vast expertise and resources to work to help innovative companies.
Econonmic recovery must include the north country back to 2008-
